We offer flow and pressure capabilities of 7-230 l/min [2-61 US gal/min] and up to 240 bar [3,500 psi], respectively.

Two-way “normally open” or “normally closed” valves with free reverse flow option. Commonly used for load holding and lowering with single-acting cylinders and for unloading a fixed displacement pump. Flow range: 35-230 l/min [9-61 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 230 bar [3,300 psi].

 

2-Way, Poppet, Double Blocking

Two-way “normally open” or “normally closed” valves. Block flow in both directions in one position and allow free flow in the opposite position. Typically used as directional controls for single-acting cylinders or unidirectional motors where low-leakage, low-flow load holding is required. Flow range: 16-25 l/min [4-7 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 230 bar [3,300 psi].

 

2-Way, Spool

Two-way, two-position “normally open” or “normally closed” valves. Commonly used for pump unloading and cylinder regeneration. Flow range: 14-35 l/min [4-9 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 230 bar [3,300 psi].

 

3-Way, 2-Position, Poppet

Allow free flow from nose (1) to side (2) and block flow at port (3) when de-energized. When energized, (2) and (3) are connected, and (1) is blocked. Commonly used for control of single-acting cylinder, clutch or brake, circuit selector valve, or pilot for a large directional spool valve where low leakage is a must. Flow range: 20 l/min [5 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 230 bar [3,300 psi].

Available with a variety of porting and flow paths (schemes). Commonly used for control of single-acting cylinder, clutch, or brake, circuit selector valve, or pilot for a large directional spool valve. Flow range: 7-60 l/min [2-16 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 240 bar [3,500 psi].

 

3-Way, 3-Position, Spool

Available with two types of porting and flow paths (schemes). Used where a four-way, three-position valve is not required because directional control is used for single acting cylinders. Flow range: 40-50 l/min [11-13 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 210 bar [3,000 psi].

 

4-Way, 2-Position, Spool

Available with “normally open”, “normally closed” and reversing, with an array of spool options. Commonly used for directional control of motors or cylinders. Used in combination to duplicate a four-way, three-position valve, creating an economical, compact and high flow function. Flow range: 8-60 l/min [2-16 US gal/min]. Pressure capability up to 240 bar [3,500 psi].

Available with many spool options, including “normally open”, “normally closed”, motor (float) and tandem. Commonly used for bi-directional control of motors or cylinders, where the valve provides directional electric on/off flow control. Flow range: 6-55 l/min [2-13 US gal/min].
